How to Place an order

All orders must be placed through our website, by phone, or in person at least 3 days in advance. Custom orders require a minimum of 3 days’ notice.

50% payment is required at the time of order confirmation for all standard and custom orders. Orders may require a non-refundable deposit of the 50% to secure the booking.

Orders may be canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up for a full refund.

All products are subject to availability. In case an item is unavailable after order placement, we will contact the customer to offer alternatives or a full refund.

Delivery is available for a fee. Delivery times will be agreed upon during order placement. Customers opting for pick-up must collect their orders within the agreed timeframe. We are not responsible for orders left uncollected.
